This page explains the Level 3 Survey, formerly known as a Structural Survey. It is the most detailed survey normally prepared and suits older, complex, unique or poor-condition properties. The survey can be tailored to individual needs. The firm aims to email the report within 3-5 working days of the inspection, or sooner by arrangement.
